Sprint & Race Lydden Round 4, Saturday 6th September 2008, Brands Hatch Race 2 - Qualified 5th 1:01.710. Finished 4th Best Lap 47.032. Race 5 - Qualified 3rd. Finished 7th Best Lap 1:00.312 Round 3, Saturday 12th July 2008, Lydden Round 2, Saturday 31st May 2008, Lydden Unfortunatly due to issues with the engine and lack of parts to repair the engine we have been forced to miss out on these rounds of the 2008 season, hopefully we will be back out soon !! Round 1, Saturday 29th March 2008, Lydden Race 2 - Qualified 2nd (Out of 20) 47.162. Finished 2nd Best Lap 47.032. Race 5 - Qualified 2nd. Finished 2nd Best Lap 47.626

Motorsport-News September 12th 2007, Page 31 Inside Line - SEMSEC attracted a big entry for saturdays's fixtures but the occasion was ruined by an accident which flatterened a stetch of safety barrier and brought the action to a halt three races early. The club initially hoped to run one more race before the curfew but the size of the repair job required quickly ruled this out. Round 4, Saturday 8th September 2007, Brands Hatch Race 4 - Qualified 6th (Out of 22) 55.534. Finished 8th Best Lap 55.237.
Japanesse Auto Extravaganza - East of England Show Ground. July 19th - 22nd The Mighty Orange Starlet spent the weekend on display at the largest japanesse modified car show this side of japan. AutoSport July 19th 2007, Page 101" Lydden Hill Stockley and Burton Triple Up. " Stockley, 40, had never won a race before, although he had been runner-up in several motorcycle races, so victory was especially sweet after Chaucer Motorsport Exige had shaken off a strong challenge from Gareth Smith in the first SEMSEC Sports / Saloon event.

AutoSport June 7th 2007, Page 105 " Lydden Hill Richards is Mighty but Smith Also Stars." The mighty Mini of Bill Richards won the first Saloon & Sportscar race from Gareth Smith after a frenetic duel. Smith Blasted his Toyota Starlet into the lead past poleman Richard, who dropped to third. Richards dispensed of second placed David Croft's Caterham on lap two and passed Smith at Pilgrims. Smith nicked the lead back at the north Bend but a lap later had to surrender it for good at the same spot. In the second race, Richards tried everything to get pasted Smith but to no avail. After an impeccable defensive drive utilising his toyota's superior stright line speed, Smith Crossed the line to take a norrow victory. Motorsport-News June 6th 2007, Page 32 "Lydden: SEMSEC By Andy Stevens" Inside Line - Beating Bill Richards is no mean achievement at Lydden, but Gareth Smith did just that on Saturday in the Sports and Saloons race. It took until their second encounter, by which time he had seen enough of Richards expertise to know which lines to take to make his Starlet as wide as possilbe. Dispite the cars never being more than a cigarette paper apart at times, the racing was clean thoughout. Round 2, Saturday 2nd June 2007, Lydden Race 8 - Qualified 9th 47.673. Finished 1st Best Lap 47.398. Race 4 - Qualified 2nd (Out of 21) 47.642. Finished 2nd Best Lap 47.335.
